What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments in cash, check, credit card, bank transfer, and ANCV (with an additional 10 euros fee or 2.5% if over the limit).
What are the hours to access the relaxation area?
It is open all year round and free of access for guests of the bed and breakfast and privatized for tenants of the house (self-catering rental).
Can we invite outsiders to share the relaxation area with us?
The relaxation area is strictly reserved for guests staying at the Grande Oasis.
How to offer a stay, a service to a friend?
You can ask us for a gift voucher that we create in A5 cardboard format, on which you can choose the packages you want according to your budget.
Is linen provided?
Upon your arrival, the beds are made, we provide towels, a bathrobe and courtesy slippers (for guest rooms).
At what time can I arrive and when do I have to leave?
Usually arrivals are from 4:00 PM and departures at the latest at 11:00 AM. Sometimes we allow different arrivals or departures if we have massage services to do. In self-catering cottage, especially during summer weeks, departures are before 10:00 AM.
Are smokers accepted?
Les espaces extérieurs sont aménagés pour les fumeurs. Il est strictement interdit de fumer dans la maison et sous l’espace détente
Is this a suitable place to have a party with friends?
Ici, c’est un lieu de partage, de retrouvaille, de convivialité, dans un esprit de respect de l’ambiance qui s’en dégage. Les fêtes « sans retenue » (alcool, musique au son de discothèque…) ne sont pas autorisée.
Are pets allowed?
We do not welcome your pets during your stay.
